No Refund Policy
By joining as a paying member, you are waiving your right to receive a refund. All sales are FINAL and refunds are not available under any circumstances. This policy applies to all membership types, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
Monthly Membership
If you sign up as a monthly member, you will have access for a full calendar month from your signup date. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. If you do not wish to continue your membership, you MUST cancel yourself through your account dashboard before your next billing date.
Your Responsibility to Cancel
You are responsible for managing your own membership. This includes:
- Remembering your billing dates
- Canceling your subscription before renewal if you wish to stop
- Updating your payment information as needed
Propfolio is not responsible for managing your membership. You sign up to become a member on your own, and you must cancel that membership on your own as well.
How to Cancel Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time by:
- Logging into your Propfolio account
- Navigating to Settings → Billing
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirming your cancellation
After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then be downgraded to the Free tier.
Failed Payments
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of Pro features. Unlike some services, we do not offer a grace period. If your payment fails:
- Pro access is suspended immediately
- Your account is downgraded to Free tier
- You will need to update your payment method to restore access
You can update your payment method at any time in Settings → Billing. Once a valid payment method is added and payment is successful, Pro access will be restored immediately.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank will result in immediate account suspension.
Before filing a chargeback:
- Contact us first at support@propfolio.app
- We're happy to help resolve any billing issues or answer questions
- Many issues can be resolved faster by contacting us directly than through your bank
If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to submit evidence to your payment provider and your account will remain suspended until the dispute is resolved.
Data After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- All data is retained: Your prop firm accounts, trades, analytics, and settings remain in our system
- Free tier limits apply: If you have more than 2 accounts, you'll need to select which accounts remain active
- Reactivation available: You can resubscribe at any time and regain full access to your data
If you want your data permanently deleted after cancellation, you must explicitly request this by contacting support@propfolio.app. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- The new price will apply starting from your next billing cycle after the notice period
- You may cancel before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new pricing
