Propfolio is a trade tracking and analytics platform designed for proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") traders. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Track multiple prop firm accounts in one dashboard
- Import trade data via CSV files
- Monitor rule compliance for various prop firms
- View analytics and performance metrics
- Access an AI-powered assistant for guidance
Propfolio is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any prop firm. We provide tracking tools based on publicly available information about prop firm rules.
3. Not Financial Advice
Propfolio, including its owner and team members, are not licensed financial advisors or registered investment advisors. All content, strategies, and information shared within our Service are provided by trading enthusiasts for general information. No content provided should be considered official financial advice.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
The Service offers different account tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited to 2 prop firm accounts with basic features
- Pro Tier: Unlimited accounts with full access to all features
5. Subscription and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
If a payment fails, your access to Pro features will be immediately suspended with no grace period. Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier until payment is successfully processed.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to submit evidence to your payment provider contesting the dispute.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Not upload malicious files or content
- Not use the Service to violate any prop firm's terms of service
- Verify all prop firm rules directly with the respective firm before making trading decisions
7. Prop Firm Data Disclaimer
The prop firm rules, fees, and information displayed in Propfolio are provided for informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees that:
- The rules displayed are current, accurate, or complete
- Prop firms have not changed their rules since our last update
- Our calculations perfectly match each prop firm's internal systems
- Following our tracking will guarantee passing an evaluation or maintaining funded status
You are solely responsible for verifying all rules directly with your prop firm. Propfolio is a tracking aid, not a substitute for reading and understanding your prop firm's official rules.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Propfolio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any trade data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided by the Service
- Any damages resulting from failed evaluations or loss of funded accounts
- Any trading losses or missed trading opportunities
- Any discrepancies between our tracking and your prop firm's official records
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, filing a chargeback or payment dispute, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
